At CAVANNI DESIGN, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make the return and refund process simple.

Return Conditions

  • You can return any product purchased from our store within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Send a message to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items, preferably using the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Customized products are not eligible for return unless there are manufacturing defects.
